Parking:

Carpooling is encouraged. Parking is available for 6 cars

House Notes:

  • Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.

  • The hot tub is available until 10:00 pm. Please rinse off before use.

  • While shared activities are intentionally alcohol-free, you’re welcome to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings after our scheduled events have concluded. We simply ask that we keep things low-key and in harmony with the spirit of the retreat.

  • Please refrain from the use of recreational drugs during the weekend.

Packing List

Please bring whatever will help you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the weekend. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Yoga clothes for daily practices

  • Yoga mat

  • Any props you love practicing with (strap, blocks, bolster, etc.)

  • Layers for cool mornings and evenings

  • One outfit for dinner out on the town

  • Comfortable walking or hiking shoes

  • Slippers or cozy socks

  • Swimsuit (there’s a hot tub!)

  • Water bottle

  • Sunscreen and bug spray

  • Hat and sunglasses

  • Books or reading material for quiet time

  • Any personal snacks, medications, or supplements

  • Small day bag or backpack
