2:30-5pm: free time
5-6:30: sound bath & yoga nidra
6:30pm: private chef vegetarian dinner
8pm: fire circle

6am: sunrise meditation (everything is optional, but this one is really really optional!)
7:30am: coffee, tea, morning snacks
8-9:30am: summer solstice salutations
10am: brunch
11a-1pm: free time
1:15pm: leave for avl
2pm: asheville salt cave
4:30-6pm: rest & creative time
7pm: dinner in black mountain

Parking:
Carpooling is encouraged. Parking is available for 6 cars
House Notes:
Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
The hot tub is available until 10:00 pm. Please rinse off before use.
While shared activities are intentionally alcohol-free, you’re welcome to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings after our scheduled events have concluded. We simply ask that we keep things low-key and in harmony with the spirit of the retreat.
Please refrain from the use of recreational drugs during the weekend.
Packing List
Please bring whatever will help you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the weekend. Here are a few suggestions:
Yoga clothes for daily practices
Yoga mat
Any props you love practicing with (strap, blocks, bolster, etc.)
Layers for cool mornings and evenings
One outfit for dinner out on the town
Comfortable walking or hiking shoes
Slippers or cozy socks
Swimsuit (there’s a hot tub!)
Water bottle
Sunscreen and bug spray
Hat and sunglasses
Books or reading material for quiet time
Any personal snacks, medications, or supplements
Small day bag or backpack
