Hi, I’m Kristin.

Yoga has been my method of self-discovery for nearly 15 years. Though I’ve explored many styles of practice over the years, vinyasa is where I feel most at home. The steady relationship between breath and movement feels like an ongoing conversation of attention and adaptability, continually deepening my understanding of how I experience myself and the world around me. It’s a practice that asks me to listen closely and respond honestly.

I believe the body already holds deep intelligence, and my role is to help make room for that wisdom to surface. I’m especially drawn to supporting people as they navigate liminal spaces, or thresholds for change, releasing habits that no longer fit and reconnecting with an inner sense of ease and trust.

This way of living weaves itself through all parts of my life, and it’s a profound privilege to support others on their journey to a more aligned life.

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll learn the foundations of arm balancing through active mobility, core integration, body awareness, and a healthy dose of curiosity. Throughout a heat building rocket-style flow, we’ll break down the arm-balances like Crow, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, Firefly, and other fun floating shapes in a supportive, accessible environment. Along the way, you’ll build confidence in your practice, and discover that arm balances are often more about technique than brute strength.
