I’d like to invite you to something simple and quiet — a gentle return to self.
For forty days, we’ll cultivate our meditation practice. Find yourself 5, 10, or 30, minutes of quiet. It can be anytime — straight out of bed in the morning or before you take that next work call — whatever fits your day. There’s no expectation, no goal. Just an invitation to begin again. Notice what comes, carry forward what feels useful, and let the rest be.

You’ll receive a simple mindfulness prompt delivered to your email every morning to help you stay on track. These messages are meant to be pauses, not tasks, reminders that presence lives in small moments.
We’ll have a few online check-ins throughout our 40 days, where you’ll be encouraged to share any patterns that are coming up — so a bit of journaling about your practice is helpful.
