For forty days, join me in meditation on your own time. It can be anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 — whatever fits your day. There’s no expectation, no goal, just an invitation to arrive again. Notice what comes, carry forward what feels useful, and let the rest be. You’re encouraged to journal each day and share any patterns that arise during our weekly check-in online.
