The Inner
Knowing
Project
It’s never been easier to find someone else’s answer.
We live in a world that rewards certainty and encourages us to look outside ourselves for guidance. Over time, it can become difficult to tell the difference between what we've been taught to believe and what we genuinely know.
But what if we don't need more answers? What if what we need is more space?
To notice.
To question.
To remember what we've known all along.
The Inner Knowing Project is a guided group experience to reconnect with your own inner voice.
Join us Wednesdays from 12-1pm, beginning September 23rd.
We’ll gather online to explore the beliefs, expectations, and external noise that make it difficult to hear ourselves clearly.
WHO IS THE INNER KNOWING PROJECT FOR?
This series is for you if you’re tired of living by expectations that don’t feel like your own.
Maybe you’re second guessing a big decision, or you know that something needs to change but can’t quite hear what it’s asking of you.
Or maybe you’re simply tired of looking outside yourself for the answers.
If you’re ready to trust yourself a little more, I hope you’ll join us. There’s something deeply meaningful about exploring these questions in a small group of people who are equally committed to living with intention and authenticity.
You’re not going to find a formula or script.
But you will find some space and tools to listen inward more deeply… and learn to trust what you find there.
I call it a project because this isn't just something else to consume—it's work that’s worth participating in.
Your own experience becomes the curriculum.
WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE…
Over the course of 5 weeks, we’ll gather live online to reflect on and discuss themes like:
⊹ noticing the stories that shape how you see yourself
⊹ learning to distinguish fear from intuition
⊹ reconnecting with the wisdom of your body
⊹ cultivating trust in your own inner knowing
For years, I believed growth only meant more knowledge. More trainings. More books. More experienced teachers. And while each of those things has shaped me in meaningful ways, the greatest shifts for me have come when I got quiet enough to hear my own voice.
The Inner Knowing Project grew from that realization and from years of witnessing the same longing in the students and clients I’ve had the privilege to work with.
The Inner Knowing Project opens for its inaugural cohort this September.
Be one of the first to join and receive founding price of $249.
