The Heart of Practice
"Your true home is in the here and the now. Life is available only in the present moment."
— Thich Nhat Hanh
Hi, I’m Kristin.
Yoga has been my method of self-discovery for nearly 15 years. Though I’ve explored many styles of practice over the years, vinyasa is where I feel most at home. The steady relationship between breath and movement feels like an ongoing conversation of attention and adaptability, continually deepening my understanding of how I experience myself and the world around me. It’s a practice that asks me to listen closely and respond honestly.
I’m especially drawn to supporting people as they navigate liminal spaces, or thresholds for change, releasing habits that no longer fit and reconnecting with an inner sense of ease and trust. I believe the body already holds deep intelligence, and my role is to help make room for that wisdom to surface.
This way of living weaves itself through all parts of my life, guiding how I move through the world as a teacher, student, partner, mother, and designer..

Worth It: Money, Power & Ethics in Your Yoga Teaching Practice
Here’s something no one tells you when you finish your 200-hour training: every business decision you make as a yoga teacher is an ethical decision. How you price your classes. Whether you touch students without asking. How you talk about yoga’s roots — or don’t. Whether the studio contract you signed is actually fair. Whether you set boundaries with the student who keeps DMing you. These aren’t administrative details. They’re the substance of your integrity as a teacher.
The Business of Yoga & Ethics is a half-day workshop that takes these questions seriously.
Ideal for YTT programs ready to graduate grounded prepared teachers.
