A Practice that Lives On & Off the Mat

Hi, I’m Kristin.

Yoga has been part of my life for over ten years. For me, it’s a gentle dance of attention and adaptability, learning how to meet each moment as it arrives.

I’ve explored many forms of movement over the years, but vinyasa is where I feel most at home. The steady relationship between breath and movement continues to open my understanding and shape how I experience myself and the world around me. It’s a practice that asks me to listen closely and respond honestly.

I’m especially drawn to supporting people as they create space for change, releasing habits that no longer fit and reconnecting with an inner sense of ease and trust. I believe the body already holds deep intelligence, and my role is to help make room for that wisdom to surface.

This way of practicing weaves through all parts of my life, guiding how I move through the world as a teacher, student, partner, mother, and designer..

What clients are saying…

  • Kristin has this grounded, intuitive way of noticing things you didn’t even realize you were holding onto. Some days she challenges me in the exact way I need, and other days she somehow knows to slow everything down. Practicing with her feels like being guided by someone who genuinely cares that you leave class a softer, steadier version of yourself.

  • When I hired Kristin for my studio rebrand, I thought I’d get help with a logo and some colors. What I actually got was a reminder of why I ever started. She asked questions that made me question ALOT of patterns I was holding onto around my community and she helped me shift my structure in a way that feels warm, honest, and unmistakably mine. It didn’t feel like a makeover; it felt like coming home.

  • I’ve worked with a lot of designers, but Kristin was the first person who really listened. I came in with a jumble of notes, screenshots, and half-formed ideas, and she somehow turned all of it into a website that feels clean and alive at the same time. I’m so grateful!

Everything under The Heart of Practice is rooted in belonging. It’s a place for the parts of you that want to grow, soften, express, or begin again. Whether I’m guiding a practice on the mat, supporting another teacher through their own work, or building a thoughtful brand, the intention is the same…
