For forty days, join me in meditation on your own time. It can be anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 — whatever fits your day. There’s no expectation, no goal, just an invitation to arrive again. Notice what comes, carry forward what feels useful, and let the rest be.
Whether or not you have a regular yoga or meditation practice, times of stress can push any of us off center. A consistent mindfulness practice is a simple yet powerful way to weave steady awareness through your day, helping you navigate life’s ups and downs with more balance.
